The gyros products produced by us are sold in roasted, milled and ready to eat condition. Shock freezing method (-40ᵒ Celsius) lets the product to keep the taste of freshly roasted meat after its defrosting and warming up.
We adapt to the requirements of our partners for packaging and taste of products. Due to the fact, that the products are roasted until ready, you do not need to worry about the losses during frying, so you can measure, take into account and calculate exact quantity of gyros meat used with the highest accuracy.
The production of gyros meat in catering places is tied to a permit that has the strictest regulations, conditions and terms. There is no necessity to obtain such a permission to use our product, because it is ready to eat category and it can be served in places not equipped with special gyros ovens, but with fridge and microwave oven only.
For the moment our production capacity of gyros and kebab meats is 2 tons per day.
